Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base/Major Range and Test Facilities Base Civilian Personnel Workforce (DIB and MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position serves as an Equipment Specialist at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Responsibilities Provides on-site maintenance assistance to solve problems. Reviews blueprints and other technical data to perform objectives. Establishes and maintains relationships with key groups to represent the organization. Designs, develops and tests components prior to production to ascertain feasibility.
