Role Overview
The Equipment Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for the implementation and validation of technology, providing support and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues across various business units.
Must lead and direct projects related to equipment and capacity increase initiatives for manufacturing sites in accordance with production and strategic plans.
Responsible for establishing procedures to ensure safe operation of manufacturing areas and compliance with quality and EH&S procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and assistance to engineers, manufacturing associates, supervisors, and technicians during line design, installation, and monitoring to ensure flawless ramp‑up of production launches.
