Equipment Engineer (Epitaxy)

YOUR ROLE Responsibilities include:
Understand the performance and characteristics of various Epitaxy Equipment during PM & CM cycles.
Learn how to analyze the Maestria/Estar system.
Characterize and optimize key performance behaviors of equipment using analysis tools.
Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting.
Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematics.
Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for epitaxial process (MSDS).
Involve in key projects / SMED or A3 workshops.
Involve in tool conversion from 6 to 8” wafer size.
Involve in tool upgrades.
Learn to install and reload equipment software.
Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology.
Complete generic Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training.
