Equipment Engineer: ATE Test & Process Optimizer

NXP Semiconductors in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer for ATE testers and hardware. The role focuses on maintaining, debugging, and improving test equipment to ensure high uptime and optimal yield in production.

You will work with production, process, test, and design teams to resolve failures, implement corrective actions, and document procedures and calibration records in line with ISO/QS quality standards.
