Equine Patient Care Assistant

About the Role

Endell Equine Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a full-time experienced Groom/Equine Patient Care Assistant to join our busy Equine hospital in Salisbury. This role will be predominantly based in the hospital, working with our team of vets, nurses, and yard staff to assist with lameness investigations, diagnostic imaging, inpatient care, and yard work/cleaning. Occasional nursing support to ambulatory vet teams may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist with lameness investigations, diagnostic imaging, and inpatient care. Support the team of ambulatory vets when required. Maintain stable management and cleaning duties within the hospital and yard areas. Provide high attention to detail and support a busy team.

Qualifications

Proactive, hardworking, motivated with good horse‑handling skills. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is useful but not required – in‑house training will be provided. Passion for horse...
