EOI: Regional Engineering Account Manager

Great buildings don't run themselves. As Regional Engineering Account Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure they do. You'll lead engineering operations across a portfolio of office buildings, working closely with the client to set the standard for how work gets done, how teams perform, and how results are delivered. This is a client-facing role with real responsibility, real variety, and real impact.

• Lead engineering managers and specialist teams across multiple sites
• Step in when complex technical problems arise
• Hire, coach, and develop your team
• Be the main point of contact for the client on all engineering matters
• Run regular performance reviews and planning sessions with the client
• Make sure buildings and mechanical systems run reliably, including HVAC, utilities, and building controls
• Ensure all sites meet regulatory and compliance requirements
