Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic & System Oversight

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Environmental Health & Safety Management System (EHSMS) across both properties.
• Ensure alignment with UAE laws, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations and international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan and lead internal audits, compliance assessments and management reviews.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain an up‑to‑date risk register.
