Lead and manage the EHSW function to ensure compliance with legal, customer and company requirements while promoting a strong safety culture and supporting operational excellence across telecom field operations.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHSW programs, policies and compliance requirements.
• Oversee daily governance of Permit‑to‑Work (PTW), Pre‑Climb Check (PCC), Lone Worker and Night Work processes.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure timely inspections of project sites, vehicles, PPE, tools and contractor activities.
• Review and approve risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Lead onboarding, safety induction and competency verification for contractors and field personnel.
