What You’ll Do- Ensure compliance with green specifications by procuring and using approved eco‑labelled products and sustainable equipment.
- Monitor adherence to green building standards and certifications (e.g., Green Mark, ISO 46001, WEB), supporting renewal and compliance efforts.
- Track and analyse energy, water, and waste data, identifying anomalies and recommending efficiency improvements.
- Prepare monthly and annual sustainability reports, including utilities consumption, waste metrics, and carbon emissions (Scope 1 & 2).
- Conduct audits and compliance checks (e.g., GreenGov.SG), ensuring readiness for inspections and regulatory requirements.
