Enviro Data Implementation & Support Specialist

Ideagen is looking for an Implementation & Support Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you'll configure and maintain environmental software solutions, provide technical support, and ensure data quality. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in technical support or software implementation are required.

You'll manage customer interactions, build reporting tools, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and documentation. Proficiency in Power BI and strong English communication skills are essential.
