Entry-Level POS & Retail Tech Support Specialist

Murkez is seeking a motivated Technical Support Representative I to assist a US-based client operating fuel stations and convenience stores. You will handle Level 1 support for POS, payment terminals, and back-office software, guiding store staff through basic fixes and escalations as needed.

The role emphasizes basic troubleshooting, a willingness to learn, and clear communication with the team. Prior exposure to POS/retail systems is a plus, along with Zendesk/Jira familiarity.
