Position Description
As an Entry-Level Buyer at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will support daily operations by assisting with routine purchasing tasks. Your responsibilities include reviewing purchase requests, gathering and comparing basic pricing information, and entering purchase orders into our system. You will also communicate with vendors to check delivery status, follow up on backorders, and handle simple warranty or return items.

nThis role involves general administrative work and maintaining spreadsheets and reports, so proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

nThis position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable managing multiple small tasks and communicating clearly with coworkers and vendors in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
