edari is seeking an experienced Head of Transformation to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation programme across a complex project and real estate portfolio in Dubai. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving end-to-end business transformation across project delivery and commercial operations.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in organisational transformation and a strong commercial acumen, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through effective governance and integrated processes. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, along with experience in the GCC region, particularly the UAE, is preferred.
