Enterprise Tech Growth Lead - UAE & Middle East

Solutions21 FZCO is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE and Middle East. You will lead end-to-end business development from market outreach to proposal development and deal closure, engaging enterprise buyers and government stakeholders.

The role requires building a robust pipeline with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients, and leading RFP responses, pricing, and negotiations to close mid-to-large deals.
