Enterprise Risk Specialist

**About this role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Risk Specialist to join the India-based CIB CRO **Strategy, Planning & Governance (SP&G)** team, supporting the Business Management pillar of the International Risk function.

This role will provide dedicated business management support across a growing and increasingly complex portfolio of International Risk activities. The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination and support resource, helping strengthen and scale a consistent operating model across core business management, governance, risk oversight, and regulatory support activities.

The role will support a broad range of responsibilities including staffing and headcount reporting, cost allocation reviews, business performance reporting, outsourcing and third-party risk governance, policy governance, regulatory change management, and executive reporting.
