Responsibilities

• Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners to ensure the best user experience
• Develop plans to grow partner business through new locations or increased sales
• Use analytical abilities to build tools and processes to drive partnership KPIs
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve product and operations based on partner feedback
• Maintain high-touch communication via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
• Execute multi-session onboarding and training sessions
• Communicate ongoing ROI to high-value restaurant partners
• Execute account strategies and manage multi-location contracts through negotiation and execution
