This role supports the continued evolution of delivery practices, governance, and change effectiveness across Citizens. The Enterprise Delivery Lead will help improve how work is planned, tracked, and communicated, with a focus on consistency, clarity, and actionable reporting.
You’ll work closely with business, technology, risk, and change teams to strengthen day-to-day delivery practices and support ongoing efforts like Reimagine the Bank. This is a hands-on role focused on improving how teams operate and how leaders understand delivery progress—not owning large-scale transformation, but helping it run more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Support Agile Delivery Practices & Operating Model
+ Help reinforce Agile ways of working across teams
+ Contribute to improving standards, tools, and delivery consistency
+ Support teams in applying practical Agile practices that improve predictability and outcomes
