Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Platform Transformation
- Lead architecture and technical design initiatives supporting the evolution from a product-centric to a customer-centric Hospitality Platform.
- Drive strategic initiatives around:
- Cross-business data and event sharing
- Data model standardization and productization
- End-to-end observability
- User analytics and behavioral insights
- Third-party integrations and connectivity models
