The Service Desk is a critical first point of contact for IT services, supporting employees and ensuring seamless operations across the business. This is a new created opportunity for a Service Desk Manager to join us during an exciting period of change.
As the Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing the overall technology strategy across the business. The role will ensure that technology platforms, systems, data architecture and capabilities alight with the organisation's business strategy, digital ambitions and product-led operating model.
