Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business advisor and primary post-integration contact for large enterprise merchants.
- Drive merchant ROI by crafting and executing development plans focused on revenue generation.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of payment data to increase acceptance rates and optimize checkout flows.
- Identify opportunities to upsell new products and features to increase share of wallet.
- Build high-touch, consultative relationships to ensure merchant retention and loyalty.
- Navigate complex commercial negotiations and resolve merchant pain points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Legal, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management experience.
