This role is for an outbound sales leader responsible for driving revenue and expanding our customer base in the Southern Europe market across retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance, including driving growth and consistently hitting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals
- Provide hands‑on support and mentorship to the SDR team, helping generate qualified opportunities and build strong pipelines through creative outbound strategies
- Communicate the company’s value proposition with impact, crafting compelling proposals and presentations; ensure partners benefit fully from commercial offerings (e.g., free trials, tailored programs)
