Responsibilities
- Manage provider credentialing and enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Maintain accurate credentialing databases, tracking expirations, renewals, and CAQH maintenance
- Oversee NPI and PECOS updates and payer portal applications
- Ensure compliance with all payer credentialing requirements and regulatory standards
- Serve as a liaison between providers, payers, and internal revenue cycle teams
- Partner with RCM teams to ensure enrollment processes do not disrupt cash flow
