Enrolled Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assume shift or night duties or be on call whenever necessary.

• Assist in wound management incorporating tracking of wound progress and assist in assessing, documentation and reporting of wound condition to Nursing Officers in managing wound outcome.

• Pack, prepare and serve oral medication, topical application and subcutaneous injections.

• Assist the Nursing Officers in nursing rounds of Medical Doctor and other Allied Health Professionals (AHP) including Dietitian and Speech Therapist by preparing the required document.

• Assist in arranging residents to attend medical appointments, such as scheduling appointments, assigning care staff to accompany residents and arranging transportation.

• Prepare and arrange dressing trolleys.

• Ensure medical supplies and consumables are sufficient.
