Enliven Manager

Position type: Permanent, Full time (1.0 FTE)
About this role
Reporting to the General Manager – Enliven Services, you will be responsible for the overall operations of Ranui and Castlewood care homes and for the oversight of residents in the 12 adjoining independent living units at Ranui Court.
You will work closely with the Enliven team of residential managers, Clinical Services Lead and Quality Advisor, as well as staff and volunteers at each site.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage essential services within the Alexandra community and supports professional development.
About you
- A proven track record of working positively and effectively in a management and leadership role within the health and disability sector, preferably in aged residential care.
