Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is seeking a dedicated and student-centered English as a New Language (ENL) Teacher to support English Language Learners (ELLs) in our component school districts. The successful candidate will help students develop the English language skills necessary to achieve academic success while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
What you'll do:
+ Provide direct instruction in English language development for multilingual learners.
+ Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with students' language proficiency levels and academic needs.
+ Collaborate with classroom teachers, special area teachers, and support staff to ensure students have access to grade-level curriculum.
