Engineering Technician

Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication experience — mill, lathe, drill press, 8020, and general woodworking
  
• Mechanical assembly experience in a structured shop or manufacturing environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and craftsmanship
  
• Familiarity with basic metrology and inspection tools
  
• Proficient in Google Workspace or equivalent documentation tools
  
• Self-directed with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
  

Nice to Have

• SolidWorks — ability to read models and drawings
  
• Electrical controls or low-voltage panel wiring
  
• Fine detail assembly experience
  
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing background
