We’re on the lookout for a motivated Engineering Technician to join our New Plymouth Infrastructure Partnership (NPIP) team in New Plymouth. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support geotechnical investigations, construction QA testing, and contribute to delivering high‑quality infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key part in ensuring materials, processes and site activities meet required standards, while working closely with construction teams, consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Laboratory Testing

• Carry out geotechnical investigations including soil and rock sampling
• Perform field and laboratory testing in line with industry standards
• Produce accurate and reliable reports and documentation

Quality Assurance

• Support and enhance laboratory quality systems (ISO 9001)
