Engineering Technician - HVAC - Milnerton, CT

This role profile is an abridged version of what the job incumbent is expected to do on an ordinary day. It does not cover all the duties that will be undertaken by this person which may be delegated to the technician from time to time. The technician will be responsible for the management and execution of the Maintenance Engineering functions and outputs. The overall objective is to ensure value for money for our customers through the implementation of the Maintenance Engineering deliverables. Provide maintenance support to resolve plant and equipment-related issues. Ensure all plant and equipment data is accurately captured and maintained in CMMS (SAP). Perform on-site asset verification and update CMMS (SAP) records accordingly. Link task lists and planned maintenance schedules to all relevant plant and equipment.
