MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

·We are seeking an experienced Lab Manager with
strong organizational skills and expert-level soldering capabilities,
particularly in BGA rework and reballing. This part-time contract role requires
someone who takes ownership of their work and can demonstrate a proven track
record in lab management. The ideal candidate will bring structure,
accountability, and hands-on technical excellence to our lab environment.

·Schedule: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (
hours/week)

·Manage day-to-day lab operations, including
equipment, inventory, and workspace organization

·Perform precision soldering and rework tasks,
including:

·BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework and replacement
