Engineering Team Leader

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the site’s maintenance functions. This is a leadership position with 8 direct reports and forms part of the Factory Leadership team. The role will prioritise workstream activities of the engineering team and is responsible for ensuring all engineering KPIs are met.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and in compliance with global standards, SSOW, and SOPs.
* Maintain a safe workplace by meeting all company and legal safety requirements, ensuring safety equipment is properly maintained, checked, and documented, and promoting safe working practices with thorough checks and job sign-offs.
