Lead and develop a team of engineers, estimators, and detailers supporting utility structure projects

Oversee structural designs, pricing support, and fabrication drawings for steel poles, towers, and related components

Set team priorities, monitor workloads, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule

Enforce consistent use of engineering standards, design methods, and best practices

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff

Collaborate with sales and customers to support bids and strengthen partnerships

Participate in leadership initiatives focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
