Responsibilities
- Undertake new product development or be involved in sustaining engineering/CIPs.
- Research new automation technologies and continuousimprovement for performance and system optimization.
- Develop plan for equipment installation and validation atcustomer site or main business site.
- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design,develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
- Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA)and Concurrent engineering.
- Developed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings andlayout drawings.
- Selection and sizing of standard components available offthe shelf.
- Documentation: Machine BOM, Work Instruction, PPT forpresentation.
- Work with customer to gather requirements, review designswith customers, gather feedback and create execution plan.
