Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Drive engineering and quality excellence across high horsepower engine rebuild operations.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, rebuild specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), salvage criteria, and engineering change processes across multiple sites.
Lead complex technical investigations, including failure analysis, condition assessments, root cause analysis, and validation of corrective actions.
