Engineering Program Manager
**Responsibility:**
+ Lead and serve as the primary single point of contact for external and internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project KPIs.
+ Own end-to-end delivery of all types of projects, including high-complexity and cross-reginal initiatives during each build contributing to product’s on-time delivery.
+ Manage the project schedule, cost and quality during project development process
+ Manage project risk and drive for continuous improvement
+ Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to reach project goals
+ Prepare project related reports and present to target audience per request
+ Customer / factory visit per project requirement
+ Support the special dedicated tasks
+ Other duties as required for program success
