- Perform painting works throughout the hotel, including guestroom, public areas, back-of-house spaces and facilities, to maintain the property's appearance and standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
- Apply paint, vanish, stains, and other protective coatings to plaster walls, ceiling, wooden surfaces, metalwork, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Carry out touch-up painting and minor surface repairs to maintain the hotel's aesthetic standards.
