Engineering & Mission Integration Lead

The Opportunity:

Act as a strategic business leader, program manager, and client relationship owner, partnering with internal and external senior leaders to drive growth and delivery excellence across Department of the Navy engagements. Lead program and project teams throughout the system delivery lifecycle across engineering, science, software, and energetic systems domains, maintaining responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams. Drive all aspects of contract management, financial oversight, and budget control, including regular review of financial performance across existing programs. Bring innovative thinking to technology development and service delivery in areas such as AI, ML, digital engineering, and unmanned systems.
