Engineering Manager, Switchboard (Tenant Control Panel)

GitLab is seeking a lead for the Switchboard team that owns the Tenant management product for Dedicated environments. The role spans frontend, backend, and reliability engineers, driving end‑to‑end product delivery and automation for customers and operators of a large‑scale Dedicated fleet. You will hire and grow a high‑performing team, coordinate with Product Managers, and work closely with Product and Design on customer‑facing interfaces, planning, and quarterly delivery goals.
