Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ software engineers across multiple experience levels.
- Drive end-to-end engineering execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, sprint execution, and engineering priorities.
- Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, security, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
- Guide architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap.
