+ 8 years of experience in software development.
+ 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
+ 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
+ Experience designing and implementing information retrieval systems (e.g., search engines, indexing, or ranking systems).
+ Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience one or more of the following: Pod, Spanner, Bigtable, or Flume.
