Engineering Manager, People Apps & Automation (AI-Driven)

Wolt is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for the People Apps & Automation team in Helsinki. You will lead a scalable software engineering group, shaping the internal platforms and automation that power the employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt.

You will drive technical strategy, partner with product, HR, IT and business stakeholders, and foster an AI-first engineering culture while delivering high-impact initiatives across the organization.
