Engineering Manager, People Apps & AI Automation

Wolt is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our People Apps & Automation team, building internal applications and automation that power the employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt. You’ll guide a team of engineers, set technical direction, and partner with product, IT, HR and business stakeholders.

You’ll champion AI-enabled development, design scalable cloud-native systems on AWS, and deliver large cross-functional initiatives.
