Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to work in the Project Delivery unit within the Industry Division of AFRY.

Responsibilities

• Engineering management in different phases of industrial engineering and EPCM projects
• Active collaboration globally within AFRY, also together with our Clients and sub‑contractors
• Taking active part in the project sales phase as proposal manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
• Understanding of project management and project execution methods
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in industry sectors such as civil engineering, metals and mining or chemicals
• Broad technical know‑how and understanding of relationships between disciplines
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Finnish and other languages are assets
• A can‑do attitude and great cooperation and communication skills
