An industrial agricultural equipment manufacturing client of ours is seeking an **Engineering Manager** to join their team. This role is focused on leadership, project management, and process improvement rather than hands-on design work. You will oversee a team of three drafters while ensuring projects move efficiently from Sales through Engineering and into Production.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, collaborating across departments, and building relationships with customers.
