Engineering Manager, MLOps

Intapp builds software for the world's top law firms, private capital firms, and professional services companies — and AI is now central to how we do that. We recently launched Celeste, our agentic AI platform, and the MLX team owns the infrastructure that makes it possible: the AI gateway, model providers, observability, agent runtime, and the governance and evaluation layers around them — all running in a regulated, multi-tenant environment where client-data isolation is non-negotiable.

About the role:

We're looking for an engineering manager to lead the MLX engineering team. Your job is to make the team deliver: hold people accountable, keep the roadmap on track, drive commitments to done, and push work through when it stalls.
