We’re working with an integral FinTech company building large-scale financial infrastructure used by businesses operating internationally.
They’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a backend/platform engineering team responsible for critical financial systems, helping drive technical direction, delivery, reliability, and team growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the technical roadmap for a core product domain
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers across delivery and technical execution
- Driving architecture, reliability, scalability, and engineering quality
- Working closely with product and business stakeholders to align priorities
- Managing sprint planning, delivery, incidents, and operational health
- Building a strong engineering culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement
