Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly technical Engineering Manager who can lead by example—someone equally comfortable discussing architecture and system internals as they are coaching engineers and driving delivery. In this role, you’ll lead a team of senior engineers working on complex, large-scale systems. You will bring deep technical judgment, excellent debugging instincts, and a bias for shipping scalable, reliable, and secure systems. You will be expected to be hands-on in architecture and code reviews, set high engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.
