Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full‑stack engineers, enabling ownership, and collaboration. Contribute hands‑on to the design and development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React . Architect and optimize distributed systems on AWS , leveraging services such as EKS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Lambda . Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of features, ensuring code quality, performance, reliability, and security. Guide engineers in writing clean, maintainable, testable code across the full stack. Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, DevOps, code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment automation.
