Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager – VECE COE (PA) is responsible for leading Value Engineering (VE) and Component Engineering (CE) initiatives across Process Automation project engineering portfolios.

This role owns end-to-end VE/CE program execution, drives cost optimization and productivity improvements, and leads a team of engineers delivering system-level solutions across PA platforms (., Experion PKS, cabinets, control hardware, networking, I/O and RTU systems). 

The position operates with high autonomy and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Manufacturing, and global teams.
