Engineering Manager - DevOps

You will be the primary steward of Ajaib’s systems availability and cloud strategy. Your role is to evolve our infrastructure into a self-healing, regulator-ready environment that scales effortlessly with our user base while maintaining the highest levels of financial security.

Your Core Pillars of Impact

1. Systems Governance & Resilience: Oversee the architectural design and maintenance of our digital banking cloud infrastructure. You will deeply understand the business to manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving our business SLAs.

2. SRE & Operational Excellence: Lead the response to production faults, coordinating across product and engineering teams to ensure rapid troubleshooting. You will own key reliability metrics, including fault response time and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
