Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering activities on the HS2 project at Chipping Warden. The role will provide technical leadership across multiple work packages, ensuring engineering solutions are safe, compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with HS2 standards, programme, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site-based engineering team, including Section Engineers and Site Engineers
• Coordinate engineering inputs across all disciplines including civils, structures, highways, drainage, and temporary works
• Act as the primary interface between construction, design, and HS2 technical assurance teams
• Ensure engineering designs are reviewed for buildability, safety, and programme efficiency
